Big Apple
Pediatric Dentistry
At Big Apple Pediatric Dentistry, we've earned our reputation as the Phoenix area's premier pediatric dental practice by consistently delivering the highest standard of care in a warm, kid-friendly setting. Our beautiful, modern office combines exceptional expertise with thoughtful touches that help children feel comfortable and at ease. We're committed to providing the most advanced, gentle care using state-of-the-art techniques that keep your child's smile healthy and bright. Families throughout Chandler, Ahwatukee, South Phoenix, Laveen, Tempe, and Phoenix choose us because they know their children deserve the very best – and that's exactly what we deliver.
White crowns are made out of tooth-colored, ceramic material, and will look and feel completely natural. They are a great option if your child needs a crown on one of their front or back teeth.
We provide highly-personalized dental care for all our patients, including those with disabilities, health concerns, and sensory issues. We’ll get to know your child and accommodate their individual needs.
We're honored to have earned accolades, but our true pride lies in helping each and every little smile grow and thrive here at Big Apple Pediatric Dentistry!
My mission as a pediatric dentist is to create a welcoming and safe space where children feel comfortable and supported in their dental journey. I believe that every child deserves the highest quality of care, delivered with warmth, compassion, and genuine concern for their well-being. Through my kind and gentle approach, I strive to create positive dental experiences that will stay with my patients for a lifetime and inspire them to prioritize their dental health as a vital component of their overall wellness.
Pediatric dentists take additional two to three years to focus exclusively on the oral health, growth and development of children. Just like a pediatrician is a doctor specific for children, a pediatric dentist is a dentist specific for children and adolescents. Dr. Martinez is specifically trained and certified as a pediatric dentist to provide the highest quality oral health care for ages 21 and under.
Why is board certification important? Not all pediatric dentists are certified by American Board of Pediatric Dentistry (ABPD). The ABPD board certification indicates that a pediatric dentist has successfully completed accredited training and a voluntary 2-part examination process designed to continually validate the knowledge, skills, and experience requisite to the delivery of quality patient care.
Dentists certified through the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry (ABPD) hold the highest possible credentials within the field of pediatric dentistry. Dr. Martinez strives to provide the best oral care for your child and this board certification is a testament to his dedication.
